This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit icolan.com or place an order, why we use it, who we share it with and what your rights are. We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Data we collect

  • Order details: full name, phone number, delivery address and city, the products ordered and the amount paid.
  • Contact details: email address or WhatsApp number if you write to us.
  • Browsing data: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect card details. If online card payment is offered, it is handled directly by our secure payment provider.

3. Why we use your data

  • To process, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To answer your questions and handle returns, guarantees and complaints.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
  • To measure and improve the website and our advertising, where you have accepted the relevant cookies.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store, and the order-form app we use to take orders;
  • delivery companies, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order;
  • payment providers, when online payment is used;
  • analytics and advertising partners (for example Meta), when you accept the relevant cookies;
  • public authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers may store data outside Morocco, with appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies

We use cookies needed for the website to work (for example your cart and language), and, with your consent, cookies for statistics and advertising. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as needed to manage your order and the guarantee, and then for the period required by accounting and tax law. Messages are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange.

7. Your rights

Under Law No. 09-08, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, in particular for marketing. 8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information through unsecured channels.

9. Children

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
