Where we deliver

We deliver to every city in Morocco. We do not ship outside Morocco at this time.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order. There are no extra fees to pay on delivery.

Delivery time

After your order is confirmed, it is delivered within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Times may be longer during peak periods or for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays. We will let you know if your order is delayed.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details and address. Your order is prepared and shipped once confirmed.

Payment on delivery

You pay the delivery agent in cash, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), when you receive your parcel. Please have the exact amount ready if possible.

If you are not available

The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. If delivery fails after two attempts or the address cannot be reached, the order is returned to us and cancelled, at no cost to you.

Address accuracy

Please give a complete address and a phone number where you can be reached, so the carrier can find you.

Damaged parcel

Check your parcel on delivery. If something is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours (see our Refund policy).
